Built and led a 35-person marketing team, creating streamlined processes, while aligning C-level stakeholders on performance-driven goals.

By integrating data insights (SQL, Tableau, Metabase) into strategy, I optimized campaigns across paid/organic channels, slashing CPA by 16%, while driving 100%+ growth in brand visibility and inbound traffic.

I also formed a growth team and partnered with product teams to launch features and CRM tools that boosting retention by 14% and reduced churn by 63%.

Developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, display ads) for global and local brands like Dettol, Durex, and Twinhouse Restaurant.

Delivered 99% ROI for Twin House’s relaunch via high-performing SEM (9.8% CTR) and Meta Ads (3.9% CTR). Scaled the #TanyaDurex campaign to 4M+ people with 3%+ engagement, while optimizing website UX to cut bounce rates by 25%.

Increase Organic Referral Adoption

Referral Program was proven to be the most profitable marketing channel in Akseleran in terms of LTV/CAC, but it was mainly driven by referral from influencers. This is not sustainable in the long run and we needed the referral to grow organically.

Building a Retention Promo Feature to Improve LTV

We previously had promo code which can give a starting fund for new users to experience investing through Akseleran app for the first time. On the other hand, we did not have the promo engine for retaining existing users. We needed to build a new promo feature.

Organic Traffic Improvement with SEO

Our SEO initiatives were our main channel that brought most of the organic traffic (from organic searches). We have done the fundamental SEO checklists, but at certain point, the number of monthly traffic stagnated. Find out what we did to increase it further by more than 50%.
